Dr. Boutris is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon with additional Subspecialty Board Certification in Sports Medicine. His own experience as an athlete when he was younger fueled his desire to pursue a career in sports medicine. He has worked as a team physician from the high school to college and even professional levels, working in the past with the New York Jets and New York Islanders as part of their medical staff.
